Pros

Depends if you're liked by management. Work hard and it's not a bad gig!

Cons

No social life, long hours with new employees every other month. Poor management! Heard manager blacklisted listed several employees that were all terminated! Kinda makes me nervous.

Many hours. Decent Pay. Able to make money if they like you.

Cons

High turnover rate. Politics are a big part in money makers. Credits affect your pay and not much you can do about it.

Pros

Company has a great corporate culture. Coworkers are friendly. Great benefits and working conditions. Very well outfitted facility. Low key management style. Good pay. No micromanagement. Good reputation in the area. Perks include some free fruits and vegetables occasionally.

Cons

No support for new hires from management and more established reps aren't much help as they see you as competition. Management is disorganized. Decisions are "shoot from the hip", not well thought out, and in general, they are way behind when it comes to how to manage a sales team.
