      Pros

      ManifestU has the best company culture I've ever experienced. Leadership is extremely supportive and work/life balance is genuinely supported. It's a great place to be if you're an entrepreneur.

      Cons

      The only downside is that it's a small team working on a ton of big projects. You have to be prepared to step our of your job duties often, and pivot and experiment a lot.
