I recently had an interview where the questions started easy but gradually became more challenging. The interviewer focused a lot on problem-solving and real-world scenarios. I felt slightly nervous initially, but gained confidence as the discussion progressed and ended on a positive note.
The waiting room’s silence was deafening. My rehearsed answers evaporated. Then, a genuine smile from the interviewer broke the ice. The conversation flowed. I left feeling lighter, regardless of the outcome. It was simply a human connection.
Informal interview. Job requirements were clearly explained as well as information on the company culture. The interviewer was open to questions and willing to clarify any points that were not clear.
