Pros

A monkey in business casual could be hired

Cons

Four weeks of classroom training that in no way prepares you for the production floor. Mandatory overtime because of the high turnover rate. More emphasis on call handling time and after call times than helping the customer. Focus on client billed minutes (Sitel getting paid) I have worked at call centers for the last 20 years and this place is by far the worst. Get hired for the paid training and keep looking for a real job while you are there!

Relaxed environment & good access to information and training.

Cons

Hamster wheel. Less than honest upper management. No raises for the last 7+ years for anyone other than Site Directors and above for years.

Pros

- Salary is not too bad comparing to the national average - Easy to get a job if you speak a foreign language - Good contract

Cons

- Bag management - people getting promote without having a clue of the job - disorganization - terrible atmosphere, especially in some campaigns - you are treated like a number, they even check how many minutes you pass in the toilet
