Low paid third party work for big companies who don't want to pay fair wages.

They will hire ANYONE. GUARANTEED JOB. And that is about it. Can't think of anything else. Nope.

Cons

They will hire ANYONE. So chances are you will end up sitting next to some smack head. Or some other scruff with rotten teeth. They don't give a damn about their employees. Put on a fake show when visitors come to make the place look fun and lively. Total con. Also take set up surveys to make the company seem like it's a good place to work and all the employees love it too. Complete and utter con. Pay is extremely poor. Massive companies (Virgin) using sitel and employees are paid pittance for selling all the products.
