We understand that competitive compensation is a crucial aspect of fostering a supportive and motivated workforce. Foundever offers many opportunities for internal growth, and we are proud to say that 90% of our internal opportunities were filled by internal talents. Concerning your comment on recognition, in Foundever we have several internal programs such as the CXpert programs that is dedicated to rewards employees for their WOW interaction. We reward employees monthly but also quarterly and yearly for their exceptional customer service. We understand your concerns about feeling unrecognized as an employee, especially in a dynamic customer service industry where turnover can sometimes impact the sense of belonging. At Foundever, we deeply value the contributions of every team member, and we strive to create an environment where everyone feels heard and appreciated. Your feedback is incredibly valuable in helping us understand areas where we can improve and better support our employees, that is how "My Associate Experience" (MAX) program has been implemented. Through our MAX Annual Survey, we encourage open communication and actively seek input from our employees to drive positive change within our company. In order to receive regular feedback from our employees we also have a tool within our intranet that allows any associate to send their honest feedback on their current experience in Foundever. All those insights are reviewed monthly to make sure we are able to support our associates in the best way possible. Our recruitment needs are also depending on the requests of our clients, namely for language skills, which is an important aspect of the recruitment process. At Foundever, we take care to respect our core values: well-being, belonging, growth and purpose. Within these values, we have different initiatives to take concrete actions based on our values. Pros

Their no pros you don't get raises you have to move to OM to get a raise which is crazy and now they pay the agents min 13$ or more starting out and in some cases, they pay the agents more the coaches. I've been here 10 years from agent to coach and i don't even make over 35k and an agent starting out can make more than me which is crazy.

Cons

Good bit of the OM's is toxic to agents and coaches refuse to take feedback even though they preach you have to be open it but it doesn't work when we try to give them feedback or let them know of idea you have at that would be better for everyone. There is no work-life balance they are not affaird to tell you that and to work outside of work to get your work done that you can't get done during yur normal shift which is caused by their bad decisions or crazy days where you can get nothing done due to all the chaos going on. It wasn't as bad on site but W@H has a way to many issues and the lack of pay and respect is insane!

Pros

They talk a great game.

Cons

My interview was on 06/24/22, that same day I was given an offer letter to sign with my first day being 07/15/22. I was happy with the offer so I accepted it and quit looking for a job. After jumping through all of the hoops they asked me to for the past 3 weeks, I emailed a supervisor today 07/14/22, to let him know that I never received the link for the training class that starts tomorrow. He waited until 7 hours later at 4:50 pm to reply to the email and let me know I couldn't start tomorrow, but he made sure the recruiters still had my information and they would send me another offer when they were hiring again. Even though by this point I had been an employee for over 3 weeks. The offer letter and all of the paperwork I completed meant absolutely nothing. They didn't even have the decency to call me or even apologize. It doesn't even seem legal, they got all of my personal information, my tax information and even a background check that I never would have consented to if I would have realized that they didn't really mean it when they sent me the offer letter and told me I had the job. Thats 3 weeks I could have spent getting another job to help ensure that I don't end up homeless. As soon as I signed the offer letter, everything changed, I was never even able to talk to anyone on the phone after that point. There were signs along the way but I never imagined I was being worked over this bad. It is not a professionally run company and they have really put me in a horrible position. I am sorry for the rant but I am still in shock, I cannot believe this has happened. I was so happy to be expecting a paycheck in two to three weeks. As crazy as all of this sounds I did not leave out anything, I have no clue why they did this to me. I even went back through every correspondence I had with them, just to make sure I didnt miss anything. Please be careful when dealing with this company, it is obvious they do not care.
