      I have recently joined Fortinet and the Experience has been excellent so far...The induction was very informative, useful and went on smooth. Trainer & colleagues are helpful and kind....5 Stars... :)

      Pros

      Innovative products and solutions. Good and equal spread of Revenue across worldwide Regions and Products. Lot of freedom and decision power can be given to an employee if wanted. People get very good good chance to get into other internal roles if they want.

      Cons

      Conservative and cautious adoption of new technologies. But also being capable of adopting very very quickly. Internal IT is more like an anarchy.
