      Great health insurance international atmosphere (multi-language) with many different nationalities Friendly co-workers

      Cons

      Pay is low, promotion difficult Evolution is difficult Politic for any kind of expense is very restrictive, employees make the advance of fees during business travels Internal policies (time-off, compensatory days, expenses, pay scale, training, etc) is not consistent Management does not communicate well and does not value employees Highly political, different regions are in a political warfare against each other

      bad working environment. Always understaffed. really a lot of work and stress. even if you work like a dog, there were no salary raises. Bad managers and a lot of micromanagement.
