      Pros

      Medium salaries, possibly to travel. The company provides stock options. Nice office. Company's events.

      Cons

      Unability for a remote work, unhealthy environment, huge workload, unability to take all holidays (holidays can be cancelled by a manager after the approval in the system), no RTT, no renumeration for regular extra work, bad financial policy (all new employees are better paid, while the loyal employees' salaries aren't sufficiently raised yearly, which leads to a turnover).

      The activity is increasing and the hours are even. Most employees are very involved but overwhelmed and in the long term. This can affect the quality of work as well as the relations between colleagues. -Salary too low in view of the workload and the sector, no benefits in kind -The cronysm between some C Level and employee. questionable promotions .... -Management mode to change -no real corporate culture or resources
