Lots of travel is involved. and Certain degree of freedom is given but that depends on your reporting Manager. Pay is always on time

Cons

Its an MNC with an Indian Company's mindset..Looks at cutting cost ALWAYS even it means losing out on Client's goodwill. Senior management needs to be replaced.. a lot of complacency has set in..

Great hours when you need them the most (holidays). Great team building, lot of hours to make lots of $$.

Cons

The holidays can be lonely on the road. Hanging out with only your crew for weeks to months can lead to tensions building without proper communication.
