Pros

Global Exposure: Fives is a truly international company with technical offices and subsidiaries worldwide. Working here has given me the opportunity to collaborate with professionals from diverse countries and cultures, broadening my understanding and skills. High Level of Challenge: The company sets ambitious sales objectives, which can be both demanding and motivating. If you thrive in an environment where you're pushed to excel, Fives offers ample opportunities for professional growth. Global Network: The network and resources available through Fives are extensive, and the global reach of the company provides a unique platform for networking and knowledge sharing.

Cons

Training Program Needs Improvement: One area where Fives could enhance the employee experience is in its training programs, especially for those based in representation offices. While technical offices benefit from robust training, the same isn't true for those working in non-technical roles. A more comprehensive training program for representatives could significantly improve the onboarding process and overall job satisfaction.
