      Pros

      The emplyees are technically skilled and competent. The company have good and solid products. Very innovative company, very rare in the heavy Industry.

      Cons

      Alot of politics between management especially with the HQ in Paris. The managment is always the same, is just changing position from company to company. When people join the high level of management the start acting as Barons.

      Very nice team to work, most of them are senior and they help you through all the functions. Very flexible.

      Company has great value in the humanity, good communication between each level, international opportunity. Participate in lean management, all kind of activity to improve working environment.

      Not enough in the research and development, good product in the B to B industry, but need to find better solution in the coming technology.
