      Gain lots of experience wear many hats. Kept busy and most people are there to do a good job.

      Cons

      Temperamental leadership. Profit is only motivation for leadership. Dump you like a bad habit if you get out of line

      Lots of travel is involved. and Certain degree of freedom is given but that depends on your reporting Manager. Pay is always on time

      Cons

      Its an MNC with an Indian Company's mindset..Looks at cutting cost ALWAYS even it means losing out on Client's goodwill. Senior management needs to be replaced.. a lot of complacency has set in..
