      Pros

      Fives Cinetic has spent time most recently reviewing the culture of the company. Meaning how is the company perceived by employees and customers. New procedures have been put in place to ensure best practices are always used. A new focus on customer care is the driving force with the NEW Management team. Investments in exciting new technology for Fives to offer has positioned the company to grow for the future. The benefits the company this size is able to offer is second to none. Truly has been a wonderful place to work and grow my career!

      Business is growing faster than we can find good people to support.

      Engineering was horrible and affected everything else negatively

      Pros

      Decent internal processes. Shop was more than capable of getting the job done. Culture of reward and taking care of each other was some of the best. My boss showed true appreciation for the PM's that worked for him.

      Cons

      Upper level management was stubborn and believed hiring grads straight from college was a good cost save solution. It was literally the death of the company. Made managing projects extremely difficult and almost every project suffered in cost, timing and quality because of it. Telling the customer you're sorry got to be too much and that was the end of me.
