Pros

Good idea for a burger place. If you staff right it can be enjoyable to work their. Fast paced work enviroment.

Cons

Pay is awful. You are all ways at work, even on your days off you are expected to call the store and check on the staff every couple of hours and watch the scurity monitores at home.

Pros

you get a meal every time you work. i get paid 7.75 an hour. get tips. can be a nice place to work if you have a nice crew.

Cons

Management is horrible, I ask for a day off they make me work. I said when I apply that I cannot work on Wednesdays and I can’t get from school to work till 4. So they put me on working on every Wednesday and almost every day I start my shift at 3. All of the team leads are good except one; he is a complete jerk and makes everyone feel bad. I called in sick for having the flu after they tell you not to come in to work if you are sick and the evil team leader made me bring in a doctor’s note the next time I came in for calling sick on 1 day after I have been working for a month. They will make you stay after you were supposed to get off. They always want you to close or they will threaten to cut your hours.
