Free meals and a everyone hired knows what they are doing

Cons

They will lie to you or just not let you know what's going on. As well as you can be fired insanely easily. Its not enough to just be on time and not miss work if you are not perfect they will not keep you. I was also barely trained

There used to be some, but none come to mind. I guess you get an employee meal. Yay.

Cons

You will be lied to about compensation. You will be lied to about hours. You will be lied to about the ability to claim your sick time. You will approve time cards and have them change after the fact. There is not a single shred of honesty or integrity with Five Guys or the family that runs them.
