Pros

Free meal every shift, very lenient with vacations and scheduling, management and co workers very friendly making working overall enjoyable

Cons

The peanuts. Customers would throw them on the floor purposefully while watching me sweep a pile up. After the store closed at 10, we would all spend 3-4 hours cleaning the store for the next day. It was not a large store.

Pros

Friendly employees, which helps as much of the job is a team orientated. Free burger/hotdog and fries and unlimited drinks. Mystery shopper bonus.

Cons

Early starts, late finishes. Wage is not competative for the sheer amount of hard work involved. Extra cleaning every single close - which the managers rush you to finish (more work, less pay doesn't really work as an incentive). The workforce slowly dwindled, it began with at least 12 people on a close down, to only 4, maybe 6 on a weekend. Overwork thier staff with no extra rewards other than beating previous close down times. (sometimes losing an hour of work per night) Management is skewed, allegeinces are made quickly, and it can become difficult to approach managers. Generally, like many other fast food restaurant.
