Pros

Free burger with every shift, which gets very old very quickly. The staff manage to stay friendly people, despite the pressure put on them.

Cons

Zero hour contracts, yet they still make you waver your right not have to do more than 48 hours a week. Was promised 'Full Time' work. I was contracted at full time, then given just two shifts in my first couple weeks. They'll play the staff off against one another in their attempt to squeeze as much as they can out of their minimum wage workers. Genuinely illegal shifts given out, leaving you with barely enough time to even sleep between one late night shift and an early morning opening. Complete lack of communication between the over worked management and the rest of the staff. Good luck booking holidays/rearranging shifts/actually getting a chance to bring anything up with the management. 20 min is the longest break you'll get, no matter how long you've been working. You'll spend half of that looking for someone to cover you, and the other half trying to wolf down one of their burgers because you haven't eaten anything else in over a day thanks to their ridiculous shift times. And then they don't even pay you for the time done properly.
