Pros

The people who work at Five Guys are all great and get along well. There can be an occasional drama regarding a manager or crew member. Free food and drinks are a bonus. Tips are also great too.

Cons

The work is tedious, repetitive, and offers no rewards. I'm not surprised as this is as this is a burger joint, you will likely be assigned a station and stay there for the remainder of your time there.
