Pros

Very good work / life balance. Extremely high Food Safety and Cleanliness standards. Fresh ingredients.

Cons

No profit sharing. No merit based pay increases. Only a small cost of living bump each year. Executive management doesn’t motivate teams. Support staff at HQ isn’t always responsive to field team needs.

Pros

You will get lots of overtime pay.

Cons

Low base pay. (you make $2 more as a crew member at in n out than a manager here) Revolving door of management. Company does not want to promote from within, they would rather keep you at the same pay rate but force you to increase your responsibilities when there are vacancies. This leads to constant scheduling and staffing issues, meaning you will be asked to work excessive hours, and it will be implied that you cannot get promoted if you do not comply.
