Watch out for the Mystery Shop.

Pros

You get free burgers and fries and its not a totally miserable place to work. The whole operation has a mom and pop shop feel to it. You get a bonus if you win the mystery shop for the week.

Cons

It is a franchise so you're not working for a big corporation that can afford to give you a benefits package or pay more than minimum wage.

Pros

While working at Five Guys, there is rarely downtime and there is always something to do. Not to mention, free food.

Cons

For those who would like to work a lot, they offer plenty of hours. However, sometimes you do not receive enough days off.
