Good idea for a burger place. If you staff right it can be enjoyable to work their. Fast paced work enviroment.

Cons

Pay is awful. You are all ways at work, even on your days off you are expected to call the store and check on the staff every couple of hours and watch the scurity monitores at home.

Five Guys Burgers and Fries has a wonderful atmosphere, many people consider it a dinner and a show. -Fun atmosphere of 'Five Guys' way -Advancement opportunitiues -Hours if you can work whenever -Free meal on break -Excellent customer service satisfaction -Customer orientated buisiness -Good food -Good buisiness/excellent growth -Wonderfully simple idea -Excellent personal growth opportunities -Will help you lose weight -Much emphasis on cleanliness of food product, **much kudos**

Cons

Poor excecution from management, and more work than what it pays. -Managers expect you to work perfect for little pay -Many employees dont respect management -Must have a 100% open schedule to become management -Don't really give breaks to employees -The 'Five Guys Way' is not as polished as led to beleive -Employees are worthless as individuals -False promises for raises, unless you befreind upper management -Stressing work -Six days a week for not even 40 hours
