-free burgers and fries after working atleast 5 hours. -the mystery shops are pretty cool, I almost always get them. -the manager is cool. -good job if ur still in high school. dress code is pretty chill! red five guys shirt, jeans, and hat.

-everything has to be SPOTLESS at allll times. this gets annoying.

Some of the best reasons to work at Five Guys is the good atmosphere, great mission, good product, good hours, and friendly co-workers.

Cons

The management did not really know what they were doing. Scheduling was always difficult, and other co-workers never pulled their own weight.
