Pros

If you get a good general manager, the store will run great and you'll enjoy your time at work regardless of your duties. Scheduling was flexible, always able to get vacation Free food & drinks at work Positive hard working crew made some days almost fun to be at work.

Cons

Poor pay, no raises, or offered promotions, even for recognized seasoned employees. Upper management likes their stores to be as clean as a research lab, 24/7, no exceptions. I noticed Labor goals would make it extremely hard for managers and supervisors to keep enough staff there to maintain the expected cleanliness AND food quality that they demand on the shopper program to bonus. Much of the time you will be understaffed and still hear it for it taking 20 seconds too long on an order, or a finger smudge on the windows when its busy as hell. Then you get no bonus even though you had a huge line and were almost sprinting to keep up the quality expectations I was also forced to act so happy that customers would obviously feel awkward, due to the shopper program. Stores are rarely closed on holidays. only exception is Christmas and Thanksgiving.
