Pros

They try to make the environment energetic and inviting so the people you work with are usually nice. Free employ meals are great but the food isn’t great to eat everyday. Opportunities for career growth and many hours. Secret shopper programs which allow for bonuses for doing the job as instructed.

Cons

No benefits. Understaffed and constantly having to multitask multiple positions. Sometimes manager the kitchen and the lobby can be impossible when all staff are needed on the line to handle orders. This impacts the secret shoppers: if the lobby is a mess, tables are dirty, soda machines need attention etc lid rush, this can cause you to lose your chance at extra money. Sure, you can have someone go out and attend to the lobby but you might end up sacrificing the ability to push orders our in accordance to the companies time limits, which negatively impact the secret shopper score.
