Pros

Staff usually becomes close in order to keep themselves sane. Free Meals on lunch break. Good restaurant atmosphere. That is all i can really say.

Cons

The amount of work you do in this job is terribly higher than the pay is worth. Extremely hard to move up the chain. I was There for 2 years and never even got a raise, even being their the 4th longest of about 18 employees toward the end of my time there. Dealt with management changes all the time, (often because they quit as well, never had comepletely consistent managers for more than 3 months (Only a GM and 2 Shift Leaders). This caused for changing in organization and routine each time and the managers acted as though you were dumb for not already knowing them. It took my coworker 4 years working there to finally get the first promotion available (Shift Leader). Pay seems completely random and some people would start at around 8.50 an hour and others just 7.25 (GA's minimum wage at the time) Off no real basis. We were scolded if we took a lunch break longer than 15 minutes, even when the law in GA states they must be at least 30. Corporate communication was horrendous and it seemed management could do whatever they wanted so long as the store passed inspections and made profit. There is no drive to train employees other than the spot they need filled upon hiring, I was on the cash register for 6 months when I started and the only reason I was able to start cooking fries was my own initiative to have my coworker teach me a bit and then learn on my own. They do not use any system to manage schedules other than a template spreadsheet and and time requested off was written down and often misplaced and forgotten. Corporate is very cheap and will spare expenses on anything other than the food. Which employees mostly suffer from.

Pros

Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing and nothing. Really.

Cons

Erase OT and doesn't get paid, No breaks. Regional Manager doesn't know what to do in critical issues, Corp. doesn;t care.
