Pros

They're very clean. You get a free meal. The soda machines are cool. You get cross-trained. Generally speaking, there are a lot of down to earth people working there. Secret shopper bonuses.

Cons

Don't ever expect a raise. The secret shopper amount will depend on how many people were on that shift with you so if you work at a big store you will only get like $30 and it's applied to you check like a month or two later. Avoid a busy store. You WILL be overworked. Oh and everyone is part time even if you work 40+.

Pros

Free food, listen to jams. I really didn't mind cooking or putting meals together, just not my passion.

Cons

For me, unreliable coworkers, sexist managers, unreasonable scheduling. I burnt myself one day and we had no first aid kit. Smell like garbage and covered in grease after every shift
