Training is great the managers are very forgiving when you screw things up. The job is very fast paced and you always feel like their is something to do which is great.

Cons

Pay is minimum and I only get scheduled around 3 times a week

Pros

Secret Shopper was a great program that really paid off if you were in a good location. I was lucky enough to be in one of the best in the state, so I received the bonus several times. Staff was friendly, and it was pretty easy to jump right in and learn the different tasks.

Cons

Scheduling was occasionally an issue, although my manager always at least tried. It seemed like they were always overstaffed, and with people that probably shouldn't have been there. Busy days can go bye in the blink of an eye, but slow shifts can drag on for what seems like an eternity.
