Pros

I enjoyed everyone I worked with because we all tried hard to remain upbeat and do our jobs correctly. There are bonuses for preforming at the best of your ability through the secret shopper program.

Cons

Shoppers can be picky. Limited selection of food.

Depends on Location

Pros

Got to meet some interesting people, good overall work environment. Flexible with school schedule for students and gives good hours. All the work is pretty simple.

Cons

Never won the secret shopper bonus that lured me into the job in the first place. Need to depend on some not so loyal employees based on the location of the Five Guys.
