Pros

Good atmosphere & customers good food. Awesome starting tutorial. Keeps me happy seeing customers come in the store. Always clean in the dinning room.

Cons

Co workers talked behind my back, to much work that relied on speed. Employees. When I would call to say I can't go to work, two hours earlier, that is still a write up!

Pros

This job was definitely a character building experience, it taught me to have major respect for fast food employees because I have been there. Free food was the only perk of this job.

Cons

I was hired on to a brand new store, I stayed on for approximately 4 months. When the store first opened, I really enjoyed the people I worked with and I enjoyed the work. Within a month, it all went downhill. The Store Manager was great, as were our two shift leads. however, I worked the evening shift with the Assistant manager who was Brutal. He would talk down to employees and call them names. He would also only give Hispanics the hours because he "hated white people" (those were his exact words) - anyone who wasnt hispanic on nights the Assitant manager worked was sent home almost as soon as they arrived because they "werent needed". This conduct brought to the store managers attention by lots of employees, but she didnt believe any of it. Many of us quit on her without notice because of Assistant Manager. That AM was subsquently fired soon after for stealing time.
