Pros

Cleanliness and sanititation is strictly enforced, from morning prep to operation to shutting down. Free meals everyday that really never got old.

Cons

Its a burger joint. That being said, its one of the best damn burger joints around. Management offers some potential but not much. Something to put you through college or just make ends meet.

Pros

The job entitles many opportunities to touch base with guest as they enjoy a great product. The Secret Shopper incentive is a great motivational tool to boost your crews work ethic. The bonuses for the Secret Shopper are a plus as well.

Cons

The hours can be a little long and the stability of the job is not that great. Sometimes work a six day work week or even seven days when necessary.
