A lot of work but also a lot of fun

Pros

Working here is a lot of fun, the environment is very fun and lighthearted and because the job requires a lot of communication among the team members there are a lot of chances to crack jokes, etc. to keep the mood up. The job also provides lots of experience as the only position are Crew, Manager, and General Manager. Almost everyone will get a chance to do everything in the store at some point.

Cons

There is a lot of work and depending on how busy the store is that day you may or may not get chances to take breaks from this. There are also, potentially long periods of time over a hot grill or fryer with no chance to drink any water.

Pros

employees and management are usually fun and relaxed, never had a problem at my location with anybody. Environment is encouraged to be fun.

Cons

minimum wage, becoming a gray shirt doesn't always equal a pay raise- not very worth it to. Not very flexible with their scheduling, so forget it if you have another job.
