Pros

I love everything about Five Guys! The food was fresh, the culture and values of the organization was great. It was a fun fast past environment and I worked with the company off and on for 4 years. I came on board as a cashier, Learned to so the table, fries and even the grill. The company values food safety and cleanliness which is always a toss up when working in the food industry. Employees have opportunities to receive bonuses every pay through a secret shopper program. If you make the food right and provide excellent customer service, guess what??? $$$$$ =) If I had to pick up a part time job, Five guys is always my first choice.

Cons

No really any cons. If you have a suckey manager, that will be the only con in my opinion.

They give you lots of hours if you work hard. Job isn't that difficult if you aren't lazy.

Cons

Poor pay, poor tips, management isn't willing to work with your schedule at all.

Over Worked, Under paid, Under appreciated. I absolutely hate it here. My bosses are jerk and don't give two shifts about employee happiness.
