the money is good depending on how well you perform.

Cons

unreal expectations are given and the only way to comply is to "game" things. Virtually no insurance benefits unless you are upper Managment.

Easy money, flexible shifts, and sometimes you get some quality people.

Cons

Depending on your store raises don't come easy or often, and management has tendency to show favoritism to others expecting you to pick up the slack.
