Great job for high schoolers and fresh college students

Pros

You learn how to work, open, and close every station, enhance your flexibility skills, no minimum wage here, really cool people, nearly impossible to get fired unless you don't show up, you apply by getting application in store which makes your chances of getting job increase compared to online applications.

Cons

Random work schedule (you could have applied for afternoons only and find out you work 3 morning shifts without anyone asking), sometimes random weekly hours (you can have 33 one week then 18 the next, then 28 the next). Job really only benefits teenager and fresh college students.

If you get in with the right co-workers and manager it can be a blast. Expect to be kept on your toes and ran around like a chicken with it's head cut off. If you work hard it is easy to move up in management.

Cons

The pay is terrible for the amount of work you will be doing. Get ready to smell like beef and peanut oil.
