Pros

Good people, mostly easy tasks

Cons

District manager and other upper management are good at micromanaging every aspect. Don't have respect for most workers.

Pros

Friendly employees, which helps as much of the job is a team orientated. Free burger/hotdog and fries and unlimited drinks. Mystery shopper bonus.

Cons

Early starts, late finishes. Wage is not competative for the sheer amount of hard work involved. Extra cleaning every single close - which the managers rush you to finish (more work, less pay doesn't really work as an incentive). The workforce slowly dwindled, it began with at least 12 people on a close down, to only 4, maybe 6 on a weekend. Overwork thier staff with no extra rewards other than beating previous close down times. (sometimes losing an hour of work per night) Management is skewed, allegeinces are made quickly, and it can become difficult to approach managers. Generally, like many other fast food restaurant.

Pros

-Free shift meal -Other staff can be fun to work with -Easy to move up to a point, then you hit a dead end (around assistant manager after a year or so of work)

Cons

-Management (in my experience) is extremely unqualified -Corporate policies extremely strict -Extremely poor treatment of employees, you are a replaceable cog in a machine -Management extremely elitist (we've been doing this for 5 years, we know what we're doing [as they drive the restaurant into the ground]. Relax, you flip burgers for a living) -Amazing amount of work for how little you are paid
