Pros

Usually the restaurant is always busy so slow days are rare. The entire staff are really friendly and easy to get along with.

Cons

Employees are well under paid. Especially once you get promoted to shift leader your chances of gaining more hours and achieving overtime will decrease.

Great Job for High School

Pros

This is definitely a great job for a high school student or college student. Great people and they really take a lot of pride in how they do things, as far as how everything is prepared and how they treat customers.

Cons

Just the standard cons of kitchen work - lots of standing, being hunched over. The store I was in was extremely busy for about 2 hours straight each shift (lunch or dinner), so it was pretty much non-stop.
