Pros

Good bonus incentives. Could be fun for people who enjoy a high-energy environment. Consistent hours. Free meal with every shift. High standards for high quality food and customer service.

Cons

Can take time to move up and earn decent hourly pay. Hard work, can be stressful at times. Lots of cleaning. You will get dirty and smell like grease. Try not to get sick, because if you call off you will likely lose your job.
