Pros

Excellent benefits for full time employees at a reasonable cost. There is also tuition reimbursement and a scholarship program. They thoroughly train you in your position. On a whole, the work is easy. Days can be stressful, customers can be stressful, but the work is pretty easy. I have been lucky to have a great team of people to work with. My manager has been great and my district manager is equally great. They both actually care about their employees.

Cons

While there is a potential for growth, you can only grow so much and then you are stuck in a waiting pool until another position opens up which could be months or years.

FedEx as whole is a very well run company.

Cons

Like many large corporations it is hard for really high performers to earn greater compensation. Yes, you will make more, but not in line with your talents. Promotion is the best way to earn more money, but as the company is not expanding greatly this can mean a long wait for more money.
