Progressive management culture. Decent pay with mediocre bonuses. Company offers 401k and pension plan, which is very rare.

Cons

Company's culture does produces corporate wonks. Bonuses are mediocre, if at all. The industry is very sensitive to the economic downturns and fuel costs. Layoffs have taken place.

Pros

Great pay (usually), able to reach dispatch very easily, no touch freight.

Cons

No order to your life, especially when team driving. You can get stuck in the middle of no where if you don't try and get dispatch to pay you to return some where. Denver is such a place, where expediters die in drought of jobs. No benefits.
