      Pros

      They do have Aetna health insurance.

      Cons

      The place is set up like a prison or plantation. Each year you're forced to do more work, without any support from Union or managers. Terrible UAW representation. Don't work there!!!

      I am so sorry that you had a bad experience. Our Saline plant is one of our top performing plants in the USA. The UAW and Faurecia have strong business relationship which makes a win-win situation. I will let the management team know that their Rosario's are broken.

      Pros

      Used to have BCBS insurance, just switched to Aetna without notice from Company or the Completely useless Union 892 here. The check cashs every Friday, only good thing here. Hopefully new insurance will still be good

      Cons

      Company treats you like a number. They'll screw you over every chance they get, then smile in your face and ask you for a favor. Union892 is completely useless... they are bought an paid for by the company. None of them have a spine to stand up for there workers. No communication around here from the union or company. Place is ran by bunch of people with their heads up their behinds.

      Pros

      Weekly Pay, benefits, if you're looking for overtime all the time cause you have nothing to do this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Never enough for management, treat you like work horses. Way to much mandatory overtime, HR doesn't do business well with employees about switching shifts, depts.
