      Okay for time being

      Pros

      Good for starting out, gained a lot of knowledge. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership qualities in management. Very little to no training is offered. Basically thrown into job and expected to catch on. The company does not take advantage of current technology. A lot of manual spreadsheets as opposed to implementing a better ERP system.

      Pros

      Compensation OK. Good if you like travel. Good if you like a challenge. Learn to achieve goals in short timeline with minimal support.

      Cons

      Travel to plants can sometimes get extensive, but that is common in automotive. Program Managers are required to provide several presentation each month, which can be trying to the available time to work on issues, but on a good note, provides exposure.

      Pros

      Global company, some management you can learn a great deal from, and you learn how to play the game of corporate politics. Beautiful building, great staff.

      Cons

      People and the positions they are in based on who they know, not what they know. So many people that work here are idiots, but they are protected by who they know. Upper management is all linked together outside of work.
