That makes you find several opposite strategy directions in the same team or work repeated because members of the same team hardly interacts with each other. You can find a lot of bosses but too few leaders. Recognition is a factor completely missed, sometimes you could feel like if you were a machine making part of the manufacturing plant, instead of a real person providing benefit to the company.

There are some inexperienced managers that need training & experience to gain wisdom. There were young managers who could talk the talk but not walk the walk.
