You learn a lot about lean manufacturing. In most countries top management is skilled and capable worldwide company with opportunities in most countries if you are mobile

Cons

high work load, in crisis time no private life is possible difficult for a newcomer to integrate the company as the faurecia system is the official faurecia language

Good salary, capable engineers, nice benefits. At some point the FES is simple and effective.

Cons

Terrible work schedules, urgencies are not really manageable because of lack of commitment to same objectives. Calls day and night every day.
