      Pros

      Lure you in with a decent salary. Bonus promised twice yearly, but is based on a certain percentage......5% being the most. Have not received over 1% in last 3 years. Promises are all you're going to get.

      Cons

      There is no structure, no guide lines. Management sucks and do not care about the people. turn over is insane. the atmosphere is toxic. if you have a job, do not leave it to go to faurecia cottondale. It is a sinking ship. managers steal from the company with no accountability.

      Pros

      Experience, a lot of oportunities of improvement in the company, the possibility of be a member of a huge group.

      Cons

      Not high salary, far from city. It has to be implemented a quality auditory that is not reasonable, so you'll spend many hours doing that.

      There are many great people to work along side of. The community is a wonderful place to raise a family.

      Cons

      Mergers were a complete disaster. All most every successful and respected member of EMCON's management has been fired or forced out of the company through demotion. The same thing happened with a significant portion of the highly skilled Engineering staff. Instead of focusing on systemic issues from the merging of two very different companies, they've chosen to alienate the most talented portion of their employee base and it's resulted in an "us vs. them" mentality. Three years later, many of the same problems still exist.
