Pros

Good learning experience. Had opportunities to move around in various positions.

Cons

Not much direction. Some managers were given responsibilities but no training, so they were not successful. Most people were looking for new jobs while I worked there. Turnover was high. Good place to work and get experience, but not really a place to have a long career.

Lots of potential to succeed in the market place, and lots of opportunity provided to those who can adapt to the working environment. Compensation is competitive for the market.

Cons

Corporate culture is not conducive to a good work-life balance. Long in-office working hours are the norm for most people. Training & development are typically the first casualty when budgets need to be achieved. Management is very short term focused.
