      Pros

      As a production supervisor you are paid well but if you do the math when you work 60+ hours a week and on salary you're pay isn't really all that great.

      Cons

      Work 60+ hours a week. Hardly and family time. You're at work more than you're at home. Management gets away with DUI, license gets suspended and car is impounded then is given a company car where he frequents local bars. Their philosophy on leadership is to scare you into doing you're job without training you or providing adequate support. Lots of unprofessional language towards subordinates from management level. HR has done little to nothing to fix the complaints of the employees regarding this.

      Pros

      Very good atmosphere, nice colleagues, lot of benefits to work here. E.g. paid czech language lessons, training and soon.

      Cons

      To be honest, there isn't any cons for me. I just have to write something, until i reach 20 words.
