Business Outlook
Pros
This facility has bought almost all new machines since it opened theee years ago. The pay is good for the position. Most of the people are good to work with. The executive management visit plants when in the US.
Cons
Upper management outside the plant is changing pretty consistently due to quick growth in the US. There has been a pretty high turnover in management staff in the plant in three years (4 QMs, 4 EMs, 2 PMs, 4 Mat. Mgrs). Local HR is not sufficient to develop talent.
