      Most of the management have no clue what their doing.

      Pros

      A lot of overtime, you can live in that place if you want to. Payment isn't too much, but looking at other companies it could be a lot worse.

      Cons

      Instead of asking their own workers how things could be improved and communicating their ideas to them, the management just makes rash decisions without telling anyone and think it improves the work. When in reality most of the time it only makes it worse. Work load is very big, you have to work all the time and run around to do what is asked of you, often times even that wont be enough.

      Some of the operations people are great to work with.

      If you value and respect yourself, stay away from this company. Work life balance is misery - vacations and holidays are expected to be working Micromanaged by 20 different people that think they are your boss They never fulfill their promises Extremely toxic work environment Fear based management Will embarrass you in meetings to prove a point Zero mid or long term strategy. Everything is urgent to survive today at the sacrifice of tomorrow Everything is hyper urgent so therefore nothing is important Incompetence at multiple levels of the organization, which leads to poor decision making Hyper matrixed organization with zero accountability
