      Pros

      Faurecia is a true global company giving employees the opportunity to experience different cultures around the globe. I have lived in 5 countries including my home country, and worked in one other country for an extended period. I have also visited many more countries in the course of my work. With a company this size there is always the next challenging opportunity waiting.

      Cons

      On secondments and short term assignments it is impossible to maintain a mid-week social calendar, but the choice to travel is down to the employee.

      Pros

      I've been sent to more than 20 countries to support our Faurecia plants and had great opportunities to learn about our people and processes to be able to have an impact on this company! I really have the impression to be part of this company, not only a contributor!

      Cons

      Faurecia is a company in transition due to its continuous growth and we can not work in the same way than 5 years ago, we need to give more autonomy to our Regions. Sometimes, some people within Faurecia forget to trust others which can cause some frustration.

      Multi-national company with good mobility potential, plenty of career opportunities, believes in working with people, focused on diversity, investing in technology (product and worker productivity), hard work is rewarded, in the exciting automotive field.

      Cons

      Company is still growing and needs to stabilize. It has amazing potential but still experiencing some difficulties coming from its growth.
